Calls for action plan to fix Liberty Village congestion

Traffic congestion has reached a point where it’s so bad in Liberty Village that Toronto’s deputy mayor is calling on staff to come up with a plan. But residents incensed with the lack of coordination are saying a plan should have been in place before the problems began. Matthew Bingley reports.
