Two days after Thomas Matthew Crooks failed an attempt to assassinate Donald Trump at a rally in Butler, Penn. — and was shot dead as a result — neighbours of the 20-year-old suspect have expressed their thoughts on the matter. Some displayed shock, others displayed disbelief, and many others were “not even a little bit surprised” by the actions of the seemingly mild-mannered man.
