The involuntary manslaughter charges against actor Alec Baldwin, for the death of Halyna Hutchins on the set of ‘Rust,’ were dropped on Friday. Baldwin’s lawyer had filed a motion to dismiss the case, alleging police withheld evidence from the defence. Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer agreed and threw out the case, saying it cannot be filed again.
