Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland announced on Tuesday that as of June 27, Canada has expanded availability to its dental care program for adults with a valid disability tax credit certificate. The program is also available to children under 18 and eligible seniors. Additionally, Freeland said dental care providers now have the option of providing their services on a claim-by-claim basis, without having to formally sign up to the Canadian Dental Care Plan.
