Police have arrested two drivers involved in a bus crash that took down a Hydro-Quebec electrical tower and left more than 80,000 people without electricity. Power has been restored while work continues to replace the structure. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, businesses in the area are taking stock of the losses they suffered and are now trying to find ways to make up lost revenue.
