Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has pledged a retaliation on Russia following deadly missile strikes that killed 29 people across five Ukrainian cities and damaged a key childrens’ hospital in Kyiv Monday morning. “Beyond any doubt, we are going to rebuild everything that these terrorists [Russia] have destroyed. And beyond any doubt, we are going to answer these savages from Russia,” Zelenskyy said.
