Visually impaired concerns with bike lanes

Concerns have been raised to Kelowna city council about the use of floating bus stops with bike lanes, where buses pull in between bike lanes and roadways to pick up and drop off passengers. Some visually impaired residents say crossing bike lanes to access buses are proving dangerous. With more we bring in Tommy Leung of the Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
