Volunteer and outreach workers help vulnerable during Toronto heat warning

The longer the heat, warning continues, the more health-related issues will develop for Toronto’s unhoused and vulnerable populations. While several groups work to provide aid, some outreach workers are calling out the city’s response. Matthew Bingley reports.
