Water crisis causes uncertainty for Calgary Stampede, Chamber issues warning

The president of Calgary’s Chamber of Commerce says the urgency of the city’s water situation cannot be overstated. Officials have declared a state of emergency for the crisis expected to last another five weeks. As Carolyn Kury de Castillo reports, it means there could be disruptions for the tens of thousands of visitors and animals coming to take in the Calgary Stampede.
