B.C. Premier David Eby is clashing with the federal government over a perceived case of favouritism. Ottawa has given Quebec hundreds of millions of dollars in immigration-related funding. Eby says B.C. is owed some of that money, but as Richard Zussman reports, the feds are pushing back.
