Justin Capper has gone from being told his PC Optimum account was frozen so he could still accumulate points but not spend them, to later being told he could use his points for purchases and then told that was a mistake. So you can imagine his surprise when after his story ran on Global BC Monday, he was told his account was unfrozen again. But as Anne Drewa reports, that was not the end of his issues with Loblaw.
