It has been almost one week since residents of Fort Nelson, in B.C.'s Peace region, were allowed to return home after a 17 day evacuation due to wildfires. We spoke with Northern Rockies Regional Municipality Mayor Rob Fraser about new layoffs announced by a major employer in the region.
