Alberta municipalities fear Bill 20 will push untenable costs on small towns

Small towns across Alberta worry they will soon have extra costs forced upon them, such as upgrading audio and visual systems to support online streaming, because of Bill 20 legislating virtual meetings for council business. Breanna Karstens-Smith spoke with officials from Duchess and Calmar about it.
