B.C. recriminalizes drug use in public spaces

The federal government has granted B.C.’s request to scale back its decriminalization pilot project, and once again ban the use of illicit drugs in public spaces. Global News Morning speaks with Garth Mullins of the Vancouver Area Network of Drug Users about rolling back decriminalization.
