Plus, a heavy hailstorm lashed the city of Fuzhou in China’s southern Jiangxi province on Sunday, while the northern part of Hebei province was blanketed in snow over the weekend. Hailstones the size of golf balls also battered farmlands and residential compounds in Guangdong.
