2 former Montreal UN workers accused of trying to sell Chinese drones to Libya

The RCMP has charged two men of violating international sanctions by conspiring to sell Chinese drones and other military equipment to Libya. As Mike Armstrong explains, they are both former employees of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), a United Nations (UN) agency based in Montreal.
