Slow progress on permanent Yonge St. Attack memorial

it’s been six years since the Yonge St. van attack, yet only a temporary plaque teasing a permanent memorial to come remains at Mel Lastman Square. City Council has approved the first batch of funding to change that, but construction is still years away. Matthew Bingley reports.
