Vancouver’s affluent Shaughnessy neighbourhood may need to densify

Vancouver city staff say the province’s new housing legislation will mean major changes for the affluent Shaughnessy neighbourhood. As Andrea Macpherson reports, a central requirement of those new rules is increased density which will require a big shift from the large, single-family lots that now dominate the neighbourhood.
