Supervised drug consumption site to open in Saint-Henri despite residents’ concerns

A new safe drug consumption site and transitional housing centre is opening near a school in Montreal’s St-Henri borough. The move upset many residents and business owners when it was first announced. A Global’s s Matilda Cerone reports, La Maison Benoît Labre opens next week and not everyone is excited about it.
