2nd grid alert in a week forces rotating power outages in Alberta

For the second time this week a grid alert was issued throughout Alberta, asking people in the province to conserve their power. But Friday morning, the Alberta Electric System Operator took measures a step further with rotating power outages. Jasmine King reports.
