A rowdy and upset crowd was not enough to stop plans for 16 pickleball courts in Bonnerworth Park in Peterborough, Ont.
On Tuesday night, city council voted against a motion to delay the site’s redevelopment. As Robert Lothian reports, despite the decision, residents aren’t giving up.
