Seventeen vehicles were involved in crashes on the Eglinton Avenue ramp to westbound Highway 401 in Toronto Wednesday morning, likely as a result of icy conditions, provincial police say. Several people were sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt posted a video from the scene.
