There is growing frustration on Vancouver Island, where a wolf-dog has been evading capture for months. After a brief reprieve, it recently attacked another dog in Coombs, B.C. Last November, the animal known as WD40 killed a dog. And as Kylie Stanton reports, pet owners are on edge while it continues to roam free.
