On Friday, Saskatoon Tribal Council (STC) Chief Mark Arcand led a march to raise awareness for the needs of unhoused community members and the importance of the Emergency Wellness Centre (EWC). The march was met with a "silent protest" from residents who live near the EWC and who say the centre has only brought problems.
