More low-income Albertans will be eligible for legal aid

Legal Aid Alberta provides legal representation to disadvantaged Albertans who couldn’t otherwise afford a lawyer. Starting April 1, even more Albertans could qualify for representation, as the income eligibility limit increases. Legal Aid Alberta staff lawyer Cameron Mitchell joined us on Global News Morning Edmonton to explain what this means to low-income Albertans.
