Montreal’s fifteen demerged municipalities say they are tired of paying more for shared services. Last week, the mayors of the demerged cities and towns met and once again voted to remind the city of Montreal that it’s time it does something about it and split the bill more evenly. Montreal West mayor Beny Masella joins Global News Morning’s host Laura Casella to talk about their demands and also comments on the abuse faced by elected municipal officials.
