Winnipeg emergency crews respond to vacant building blaze

Late Sunday night, Winnipeg firefighters responded to a fire inside a vacant two-and-a-half-storey multi-family residence in the 100 block of Spence Street. The severity of the fire prevented crews from making entry and the structure is expected to be a complete loss.
