Winnipeg fire officials investigate blaze after one person found dead

On Wednesday, Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service investigators inspected the scene of a fire at a multi-family residence on Vivian Avenue. Fire crews declared one person inside the home dead on scene after the fire was extinguished at around 5 a.m.
