A housing development that was rejected by Halifax council in 2022 will be moving forward under provincial authority. The designation will allow for a 120-unit development on a parcel of land in a residential area. But the councillor for the district says her constituents are upset with the decision and have not been consulted about the plan. Amber Fryday reports.
