A main Kelowna roadway remains closed, 10 hours after a vehicle crashed into several others and hit two cyclists. Miraculously no one was killed but multiple people were sent to hospital. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, while RCMP continue to investigate, the driver of the suspect vehicle was arrested at the scene.
