Plant-based products could soon have more animal fats in them

Meat alternatives have been available in grocery stores for a few years, but not all Canadians have stuck with them. However, fans of these products believe that if more people ate them, they could offer potential environmental benefits. Now, some Canadians are experimenting with using animal-derived ingredients to enhance the flavour of meat alternatives.
