Council holds off on third reading as residents face evictions

West Kelowna city council is appealing to social agencies to step up as it tackles a redevelopment application that has put a vulnerable group of people in limbo. Residents who live at the Shady Acres mobile home park are facing eviction and the vast majority have nowhere to go. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, city council is empathetic and holding off on an important step in the re-zoning application until more supports are in place for the affected residents.
