Residents and groups get their say on Toronto budget process

Toronto’s budget subcommittees began hearing from residents and special interest groups on Monday as part of the city’s budget process. While it’s a regular practice, the mayor says she’s going to pay extra care to the deputations to inform her budget decisions this year. Matthew Bingley reports.
