It’s been almost two years since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, and now there are questions over who’s responsible for a deadly blast in Russian-controlled Donetsk. At least 27 people died when a busy market was shelled. Russia’s foreign ministry called it “a barbaric act of terrorism” against civilians, while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that there were “particularly severe Russian strikes” in the Donetsk region.
