City of Peterborough’s 435 housing unit starts in 2023 exceeds provincial target

The City of Peterborough is marking a major milestone after exceeding its housing construction goal in 2023 with 435 housing unit starts. Although it was a surprise for Peterborough Kawartha MPP Dave Smith since over the summer that goal was not even halfway met. Tricia Mason has the story.
