Historic Golden Gate Bridge gets suicide prevention nets, why not B.C.’s Alex Fraser Bridge?

Despite frequent calls by first responders and crisis centres, the B.C. government maintains it’s not possible to add safety barriers to the Alex Fraser Bridge. In other news, crews in San Francisco are now finishing the installation of suicide prevention nets on the nearly 90 year-old Golden Gate. Janet Brown reports.
