Israel intensifies fighting campaign in Gaza post-UN aid resolution
Description
December 23, 2023
Israel appears to be intensifying its military campaign, with reports of strikes in northern and southern parts of Gaza. This comes as a heavily-negotiated resolution for desperately needed aid to Gaza was approved by the United Nations (UN) Security Council on Friday. The resolution calls for a pause in fighting to allow more aid deliveries, but stopped short of demanding a ceasefire. Reggie Cecchini reports.
