Mon, Mar 23 - A group of environmentalists, academics and landowners are hoping to take their fight against the National Energy Board to the Supreme Court of Canada. The group is calling for a review of how the board reviews and approves projects such as the Kinder Morgan proposed trans-mountain expansion. On Unfiltered today Jill Krop spoke with Green Party MLA Andrew Weaver to get his thoughts on the case.
