Wed, Apr 1: There was some talk Wednesday that subsidized daycares would stop serving breakfast. The association clarified that position but they say they simply can't absorb another 74 million dollars in cuts. As Caroline Plante reports, subsidized daycares say no matter which way you slice it, services to children will be affected.
