November 10, 2014
City planners are seeking a consultant to analyze choke-points in the Halifax transportation network, and propose changes to those intersections to help get buses through quickly. Officials say the plan is simple, affordable and may even improve commutes for people who don't take the bus. Brett Ruskin reports.
