Alberta pastor-turned-land developer Ron Aitkens is facing legal action for his role in the troubles surrounding his Harvest Group of Companies. Apart from a half-billion-dollar class action lawsuit, a Calgary judge has ordered that his assets be frozen, and the Saskatchewan government is also initiating proceedings under the Securities Act.
