The London Health Sciences Foundation (LHSF) recieved a $20 million donation in tranforming cancer treatment at London Health Science Centre (LHSC). The gift, in the names of both Archie Verspeeten and his wife Irene, marked the largest ever single donation to a hospital foundation in the region’s history. On behalf of the family, son Dennis Verspeeten spoke during Tuesday’s announcement as the gift comes less than a week after his father passed away.
