After a day of fast-moving developments, including fears the fragile truce between Israel and Hamas could fall apart, Hamas has released a second round of hostages. For hours, Hamas said that Israel broke its end of the bargain and that aid wasn’t getting into the northern areas of the Gaza Strip, delaying the hand-over of the next group of captives.
