This spring, a petition heading to parliament will ask for drastic changes to the country’s cannabis legislation. NORML, a cannabis lobbying group is asking Health Canada to raise the limit of THC allowed in edibles from 10 milligrams to 100 per package. They argue that for some, the current limit is the equivalent of drinking a non-alcoholic beer.
