Calgary man who had hate speech charges stayed returns to rally

A man was recently arrested by Calgary police for using a phrase heard at pro-Palestine rallies across the country, but prosecutors have stayed the charges against the man because it didn’t meet the threshold for prosecution. As Carolyn Kury de Castillo reports, the man at the centre of the issue says the charges should be dropped.
