Petition calls for coverage of Type 1 diabetes costs

Thousands of type one diabetes patients in this province are calling for a change to the way they access their life-saving medication. Despite some costs being covered, many patients are still paying hundreds of dollars a month out of pocket. But as Cassidy Mosconi reports, the health minister says B.C. has the best diabetes program in Canada.
