Two years after atmospheric river floods

An atmospheric river tore through southwest B.C. two years ago this week, leading to some of the worst flood damage in the province’s history. The City of Abbotsford, which was especially hit hard by the damage, is now trying to get its flood mitigation plan off the ground. As Grace Ke reports, not everyone’s confident in the proposed solutions.
