Atlantic premiers appeared united with their counterparts in other parts of the country on Monday, as they called for the Trudeau government to address premiers’ concerns about the pause in carbon pricing on home heating in a “meaningful way.” Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston, who chaired the Council of Federation meeting, called on the government to scrap carbon pricing altogether.
