Arrest warrant for sex offender Randall Hopley

A high-risk sex offender with a long history of crimes targeting children is the subject of a Canada-wide arrest warrant after walking away from his Vancouver halfway house. Vancouver police say Randall Hopley removed his ankle tracking bracelet and that he poses a ‘significant risk’ of re-offending. Emily Lazatin has our top story.
