In a move that Hydro-Québec says will help reduce its carbon footprint and meet new demands, the public utility company plans to invest more than $1 billion to boost production by 2035. The crown corporation says the move is necessary to meet the energy needs of the province, which is expected to surge in the coming years. Phil carpenter reports.
